- 150 g frozen berry mix
- 40 ml oat drink (or almond milk, coconut milk)
- 2 teaspoons acai powder
- 2 dried pitted dates
- 1 1/2 bananas (1/2 banana sliced for topping)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds for topping
- 2 tbsp goji berries as topping
- 2 tablespoons puffed amaranth for topping
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)
Chop the frozen berries in the high-speed blender for 10 seconds on high.
Add the oat drink, 1 banana, dates, organic acai powder and maple syrup to the chopped frozen berries and stir until creamy for 20 seconds at high speed.
Pour the finished mixture into two bowls and serve with banana slices, goji berries, puffed amaranth and nuts as desired.
