Acai & Berrys - Overnight Oats in a jar!
Organic Acai Powder 100g
Super simple and delicious breakfast in a jar! Here is a recipe for power overnight oats with your favorite acai powder, white chocolate, delicious berries and crunchy nuts. Your breakfast meal prep for your next work week. Very easy to prepare, for a healthy start of the day.

Ingredients:
- 200 g frozen berry mix
- 250 g natural yoghurt or vegan alternative
- 90 g oat flakes (fine or coarse, according to taste)
- 30 g white chocolate, grated
- 60 g trail mix or nut mix, chopped
- 15 g honey to sweeten
- 2 tsp organic acai powder
1st step:
Chop nuts or trail mix into small pieces with a knife or mix them briefly in a high-performance blender. Pour into a bowl.
Step 2:
Put the frozen berries and yoghurt in the blender and blend for 15 seconds on a medium setting. Then add the oat flakes, acai powder, chocolate, chopped nuts and honey and mix everything briefly on a low setting in the blender. Pour the acai & berry overnight oats mixture into two screw-top jars (250 g each) and leave covered in the fridge overnight. Sprinkle fresh berries or homemade granola on top before serving.
