- 100g cranberries
- 50g rolled oats
- 50g cashew nuts
- 2 teaspoons coconut flakes
- 60g peanut butter
- 1 tsp acai powder
Place cranberries, rolled oats, cashews, peanut butter and acai powder in blender and blend on medium for 30 seconds.
Form about 10 balls from the mixture and roll them in the coconut flakes.
